Odoo integration, made to measure and kept running.

Odoo brings sales, stock, invoicing, accounting and e-commerce into one system. We fit it to the way your teams work, connect it to the tools you keep, and run it in production afterwards.

What we do with Odoo

An Odoo project rarely stops at switching on the standard apps. The value comes from fitting the system to your operations, connecting it to the rest of your business, and keeping it healthy once your teams rely on it every day.

  • Odoo rolled out across sales, stock, invoicing and accounting, set up around your processes
  • Custom modules where the standard stops, kept in your own repository
  • Odoo e-commerce connected to stock, orders and logistics
  • Point-of-sale connectors: Square in production, Revolut POS in progress
  • Your data migrated from spreadsheets or the tools Odoo replaces
  • Hosting on European clouds, with monitoring, backups and security updates

What changes for your teams

One system instead of several: a sale updates stock, invoicing and accounting without being entered twice. Your teams find the same figures in the same place, and the time they spent reconciling tools goes back to your trade.

Odoo, or something tailored

Off-the-shelf software forces compromises, and building everything in-house strains your resources. Odoo sits in between: a broad standard you can extend. We tell you plainly where it fits and where it does not.

When Odoo covers most of what you need, we configure it and write the rest as modules. When your trade calls for something Odoo was never meant to do, we build that part as tailored software and connect the two, so your budget goes where it creates value.

Kept running after go-live

Once Odoo is in production, the run fee keeps it hosted, supervised, secured and evolving. Incidents are handled, security updates are applied, and new needs become new releases.

Our software factory watches every system it runs: what goes wrong is qualified and turned into work, often before anyone notices. You stay the owner of the software and of every module we write for it.

Open source, when the stars align.

What we build for one client and is useful beyond it, we publish. Two of our releases are made for Odoo.

Your questions, answered.

Do you host Odoo?

Yes. We host Odoo on European clouds, with private networking, monitoring, backups and security updates, and we supervise it under the run fee, as we do for Surprise Paris.

Can Odoo work with our point of sale?

Yes. Our open source Square PoS Odoo module connects Square to Odoo Sales, Accounting and Inventory, and we are building an open source integration between Odoo and Revolut POS with Revolut. For another system, we build the connector it needs.

Can you take over an Odoo that is already running?

Yes. Legacy or brand new, we keep systems running and moving forward without a rewrite. We start by reviewing the instance, its custom modules and its hosting, then run it like any system we built.

Who owns the modules you write?

You do. Everything we build for you lives in your repositories, on open standards. If we part ways, the software keeps running.

What does an Odoo project cost?

It depends on how many teams and processes it covers. Our use cases describe what a project typically includes.
