Executive Assistant
Support the Davai leadership team with executive coordination, administrative excellence and proactive operational support.
Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, travel logistics and meeting coordination for leadership
- Prepare meeting materials, presentations and briefing documents
- Coordinate with clients, partners and external stakeholders
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
- Oversee administrative processes, tools and office operations
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as an executive assistant or in a comparable role
- Exceptional organisational and communication skills
- Fluent in French and English, written and spoken
- Proficiency with productivity tools (Google Workspace, Notion or equivalent)
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Nice to have
- Experience in a technology or consulting environment
- Ability to anticipate needs and act proactively without being prompted
- Interest in AI and software products
