Executive Assistant

Support the Davai leadership team with executive coordination, administrative excellence and proactive operational support.

Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, travel logistics and meeting coordination for leadership
  • Prepare meeting materials, presentations and briefing documents
  • Coordinate with clients, partners and external stakeholders
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
  • Oversee administrative processes, tools and office operations

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as an executive assistant or in a comparable role
  • Exceptional organisational and communication skills
  • Fluent in French and English, written and spoken
  • Proficiency with productivity tools (Google Workspace, Notion or equivalent)
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities

Nice to have

  • Experience in a technology or consulting environment
  • Ability to anticipate needs and act proactively without being prompted
  • Interest in AI and software products
